Soul : Human Existence

I exist as soul
Living in human body

I see through the eyes of Source
I am not always on course

I crave being Seen
I crave to See

Beyond the illusion
I yearn to be Free

It is so dark and confusing at times
My heart aches and my mind winds

I feel the denseness of this life
I also feel lightness within the strife

I know that love and g-d are within me
I know this path is not for the weary

It is lonely at times bc it’s an inside job
Bouncing thru the trauma / stories feeling like a bob
Above the water and below
How I yearn to flow

Be in the space where my Soul is free
Being and being and being what’s meant to BE
