it is so cliche

but it is what humans say

be real, be true, be you

they are just words unless you DO

so much lip service

so many masks

face the darkness

see the tasks

see the shadow 

honor it is in you

the light you project toward it

makes it true

why push away an aspect that is trying to teach

you can’t have light without darkness

that is out of reach

we are energy in form

embody this knowing

it is the only path

to REAL growing
