energy in motion
feeling all the feels
the highs, the lows
it is all real
learning to ride the wave
being ok when i fall off
standing back up
even when tough
each breakdown is a breakthrough
very real, very true
life is not boring, each day a new
i see each day that passed one that i grew
i hear humans say how things are the same, nothing new
i used to feel that way when i was stuck from what is true
if you are living to grow and loving to serve
each day is different as you observe
consciousness expands if you allow it to flow
stay in your rut or expand and grow!
