swirling, moving, in motion with flow
the momentum fluctuating as we go
sometimes speedy, moving so quick
sometimes it slows down…thank g-d or i’d get sick
inviting balance, a root we can trust
otherwise life becomes a rush
pause to enjoy, be in the now
this is all we have, ours to endow
i am grateful to know the feeling of being awake
coming out of the cocoon, feeling the shake
shedding of old + seeing beyond
a new lens has been provided with a magic wand
i pray to grow each day, be of service to all
sharing the light within to help break down the wall
the walls of illusion are made to be unraveled
it is the path of truth for the luminous to travel
