retreating alone with my self by my side

being my own company no where to hide

i see who i am, i pause, check in

the feeling of solitude can begin

it is a deep inner peace, sense of knowing

all the pain is for my growing

pain doesn’t have to be thought of as bad

it is stepping stones to a life you never knew you could have

you step out of roles, remove the heavy cloaks

you feel like you are empty but you actually are whole

you without your hats, a divine being in form

it is from this place your human self was born

the spark, the light, the feeling of being one

this is why we are here to simply feel the sun

bask in it’s glory

embrace the divine

tap into this + you will shine

you shine from inside out, golden consciousness prevails

this is a new path for your ship to sail

the water gets turbulent, you must hold on

it is the knowing that INside is eternal + that is the 

message i shall pass on
