new g r o o v e

a new time

i feeling of a lift

i know now there was a shift

my consciousness has been elevated

i am in a new space

it takes some time to recalibrate

and proceed with grace

i am more gentle with myself 

feeling less pressure to prove

it is a new feeling, a new groove

it stems from a knowing that this life is more than i thought

this life is not something that can be bought

we are dropped into the body, an energy so grand

we must relearn how to re-claim this space

it is in g-ds hand

i know this truth 

for it is what fuels my being

i am able to be certain

even without seeing
