new f e e l s

catching feelings has me 

i feel it in my being

a connection made

am i really seeing?

i crossed paths with a stranger or maybe not?

suddenly my path is diverted by a thought

what is the feeling?

maybe it’s new, maybe it’s real

maybe it is just a different  f e e l

a new experience has me shook

i admit i feel a little hooked

i feel/see old patterns surface

my day dreaming stirs

my thoughts become cloudy 

i am at loss for words

i will sit in this space 

+ see what unfolds

it is a mystery

another story untold

i trust the process + myself

i know how to navigate

i want to see clear
