Our Inner Being thrives on high frequency feelings. Our Inner Being flourishes when we are aligned with our Essence. The Ego tries to be in the drivers seat. The Ego will try + fill your mind with the lowest frequency feelings to throw you off track. It’s real + it’s tricky. To be Aware of Ego trickery we must be Aware of our Inner Being. No other way.
The Inner Being resides in a space of love, peace, vulnerability, divinity + trust. The Ego holds space for blame, shame, and guilt. The Ego resides below the the line. The Inner Divine Being resides above the line.
The line is the key. It sounds simple. It is simple. It is also complex as we are living a Human experience + with that comes limitations. We are here to do the work. We are here to lift the veils of illusion. We are here to see beyond the Human form + connect with one another on a frequency that frees our Soul. We are here to become FREE.
For a moment, can you visualize a horizontal line. Below the line is blame, shame, guilt + all other low frequency feelings. This is the space of the Ego + creates an Illusion of Separation. Now, begin to travel above the line + feel high frequency feelings such as peace, love, divinity, vulnerability + all other high frequency feelings. For a moment, experience yourself LIT + connected to ALL. See the line clearly + consciously. See yourself sitting above it with light illuminating all around YOU.
Why not plant a seed, an INtention to live ABOVE THE LINE especially when you feel low frequency creeping up. Above the line creates space, light, and love to raise you UP. Let’s go UP!!!
