It’s only when my mind settles from boiling to simmering that I remember to ask G-d to pleaseeeeeee help me!!!

The energy that floods through me is so overwhelming that sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy. Really crazy. When you are on a spiritual transformation path and difficult situations arise, the challenges become really real. You know that you are more than your mind but your mind suddenly takes you to the abyss. Everything that you can possibly think of that is not right seems to be the ONLY thing that you can see. The truth becomes blinding.

This is when after much suffering and mental anguish I ask g-d to PLEASE help me to see clearly. I ask g-d to PLEASE guide me. I ask for HELP. The most amazing news is that g-d does not disappoint. G-d listens and always will be there to catch you when you are falling but you must ask. We have free will. We have to ask. OMGGGGG
